- Comprehensive and specialized assessments of the skill levels and service needs.
- Development of an individual employment plan, to identify the employment goals,
appropriate achievement objectives,
- Individual counseling and career planning;
Training and Career Education Services for Jobs Seekers (Based on funding and
eligibility)
- Occupational skills training, including training for nontraditional employment;
- On-the-job training;
- Training programs operated by the private sector;
- Skill upgrading and retraining;
- Entrepreneurial training;
- Adult education and literacy activities;
- Customized training arrangements with employers
