Job Retention/Follow-UpWho can register?Persons working with a MRS or private rehabilitation counselor who have started employment. Prerequisites:Employed Referral Process:Must be enrolled and referred by the Michigan Rehabilitation Services or a private rehabilitation agency Description:For a minimum of 90 days the Goodwill staff will contact you on a regular basis to determine how the job is going and whether there are any difficulties or challenges that need to be resolved. The staff will make suggestions of how to minimize challenges and difficulties. The staff may also work with supervisors and co-workers to help them work effectively with the employee. |
