Prerequisites:None Referral Process:Must be enrolled and referred by the Michigan Rehabilitation Services or a private rehabilitation agency Description:Staff provides one-on-one training on specific job skills and work behaviors you need to be successful on a job, at the work site. The job coach may also work with supervisors and co-workers to help work effectively with the employee. |
